Welcome
to Symondsbury
Church of England VA Primary School
We believe that each and every one of our pupils is a super star. And we are a school which aims to make sure that each one of these superstars develops the confidence, character and skills to succeed in their lives beyond their time at Symondsbury.
We achieve good academic results but we measure our successes on a lot more than that.

Friday 14 February 2025 Acorns Fab Finish Spring 1 We had a fun day reflecting on our learning in this half term. This included being environmental superheroes and reusing our classroom waste in our art projects and started experimenting with joining using split pins to make our recycled creations move. We were pondering on what might happen if our school banned paper. The children came up with very creative solutions to replace books, paper - even toilet paper! We also wrote kenning poems to reflect on our learning about vertebrates and put the structure of eggs to test by standing on them. To our great relief, nobody got eggy socks!
