Harvest

Where better to start our Harvest than with collecting apples from our own apple trees on our school field.

We then made these into delicious apple crumbles.

We have also been using the grinder to make flour from the wheat and making marks in the flour.

Room on the Broom

Class 1 have thoroughly enjoyed our Room on the Broom story.  Today we explored the potion!

We had a stir, a feel, a look and a sniff and thought about how we could describe it.  The potion was... glittery, bright pink, slimy, gloppy, gooey, shimmery, sparkly, 'gingery biscuity' and mogical!
