Seedlings - Morrisons Bakery Visit

Seedlings have visited Morrisons Bakery today to see how they make their bread.

We saw the ingredients Matt the baker used to make the bread and watched the machines work as they mixed, kneaded, sized and shaped the dough.  We also saw the proving oven and the bread ovens.  It was good to talk about how this compared to our ovens at home.

As a special treat, we were let into the secret of how jam gets put into the do-nuts! We're not telling though!

Lastly we went shopping and bought all the ingredients we need to make our own bread next week.
